COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND RULES: By attending Elevation Music Festival, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and rules, including but not limited to local ordinances and festival rules and regulations. Failure to comply with these laws and rules may result in your removal from the festival.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: In no event shall World Music Development be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your attendance at Elevation Music Festival, even if World Music Development has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: Elevation Music Festival is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. World Music Development makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the festival, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING: By attending Elevation Music Festival, you agree to be photographed, filmed, or recorded by World Music Development or its agents. World Music Development may use these recordings for promotional or commercial purposes without your consent or compensation.
FORCE MAJEURE: World Music Development shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Disclaimer if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, or civil unrest.
