2024 Music Festival Vendors
Be an event vendor at the 2024 Elevation Music Festival. Being a vendor at our festival offers unique opportunities. Vendor Rules
- Vendors must be licensed and insured and must provide a certificate of insurance naming World Music Development and the Town of Alma as additionally insured.
- Food vendors must have a food vending license with the Park County Health Department. Please go to https://parkco.us/203/Food-Establishments and submit the application for processing at least 6 weeks prior to festival date. A copy of license must be turned in with your application and must be posted during the festival.
- Vendors must use plant-based compostable serve ware.
- Electricity is included with the food vendor fee, but there is an additional electricity fee for Arts & Crafts vendors.
- Vendors agree to remain open till at least 9pm on Friday and Saturday.
- Arts & Crafts vendors must provide their own 10’x10′ pup-up tent and a minimum of 40lbs weight for each leg.
- Vendors are responsible for collecting and submitting sales tax to the state.
- Vendors agree to donate one item for the festival silent auction.
- All sales are final.
