2024 Music Festival Vendors

Be an event vendor at the 2024 Elevation Music Festival. Being a vendor at our festival offers unique opportunities. Vendor Rules

  1.  Vendors must be licensed and insured and must provide a certificate of insurance naming World Music Development and the Town of Alma as additionally insured.

  2. Food vendors must have a food vending license with the Park County Health Department. Please go to https://parkco.us/203/Food-Establishments and submit the application for processing at least 6 weeks prior to festival date. A copy of license must be turned in with your application and must be posted during the festival.

  3. Vendors must use plant-based compostable serve ware.

  4. Electricity is included with the food vendor fee, but there is an additional electricity fee for Arts & Crafts vendors.

  5. Vendors agree to remain open till at least 9pm on Friday and Saturday.

  6. Arts & Crafts vendors must provide their own 10’x10′ pup-up tent and a minimum of 40lbs weight for each leg.

  7. Vendors are responsible for collecting and submitting sales tax to the state.

  8. Vendors agree to donate one item for the festival silent auction.

  9. All sales are final.
