Welcome to Elevation Music Festival, presented by World Music Development! We’re thrilled that you’ve chosen to attend our festival and we want to make sure that your experience is both enjoyable and safe. As such, we’ve put together these terms of service that govern your attendance at the festival. Please read them carefully.

1. TICKET SALES: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets may not be resold or transferred without the express written consent of World Music Development. Any tickets obtained through unauthorized sources may be invalid and will not be honored at the festival.
   
   
2. AGE RESTRICTIONS: Elevation Music Festival is an all-ages event, but all attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
   
   
3. ENTRY TO FESTIVAL: All festival attendees must present a valid ticket and valid government-issued photo identification at the festival entrance. World Music Development reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who cannot provide proper identification or whose behavior is deemed inappropriate.
   
   
4. PROHIBITED ITEMS: The following items are strictly prohibited at Elevation Music Festival:
   • Weapons of any kind, including firearms, knives, and pepper spray
   • Illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia
   • Outside food and beverages, with the exception of the camping area
   • Glass container
   • Coolers or large backpacks, with the exception of the camping area
   • Laser pointers
   • Pets, with the exception of service animals
   • Drones or any other unmanned aircraft
     
     
5. BEHAVIOR: All festival attendees are expected to behave in a responsible and respectful manner towards other attendees, staff, and performers. Any behavior that is deemed disruptive or dangerous will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the festival.
   
   

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: All intellectual property related to Elevation Music Festival, including but not limited to the festival name, logo, and website content, are the property of World Music Development and may not be used without prior written consent.
   
   

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: World Music Development and its affiliates, partners, and sponsors are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property, or for any personal injury or illness sustained at the festival. Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the festival.
   
   

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: Elevation Music Festival is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. World Music Development makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the festival, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
   
   

9. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND RULES: By attending Elevation Music Festival, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and rules, including but not limited to local ordinances and festival rules and regulations. Failure to comply with these laws and rules may result in your removal from the festival.
   
   

10. MEDIA RELEASE: By attending Elevation Music Festival, attendees grant World Music Development and its affiliates the right to use any photographs, videos, or other recordings of the festival for promotional purposes.
    
    
11. MODIFICATIONS: World Music Development reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Your continued attendance at Elevation Music Festival after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
    
    

By purchasing a ticket and attending Elevation Music Festival, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms of service. We look forward to seeing you at the festival!
